Western Noise Control played a pivotal role in delivering high-performance acoustic treatments for the Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre. The project encompassed a range of spaces, including the Arena, Great Hall, Gym, Fitness Centre, and Spin Room. Tasked with achieving superior acoustic environments across these areas, we implemented a combination of our Echotrol™ baffles and architectural Techfoam round baffles.

A key challenge in this project was aligning the acoustic scope with the budgetary constraints. Working closely with the general contractor, we employed value engineering strategies that resulted in a significant cost reduction—approximately 50% of the original bid without compromising on quality or acoustic performance.

The installation of Echotrol™ and Techfoam baffles not only met the aesthetic and acoustic requirements but also ensured the facility offered an optimal environment for both athletes and spectators at this state-of-the-art facility.
